Welcome to the Solent Gaffers Annual Race and Rally, 2026. This year’s annual race and rally will span the central Solent, starting in Cowes and concluding in Hamble.
Whether you race or not, the weekend offers the opportunity to meet up with Gaffer friends, old and new, and to talk boats. So, please do come and join us.
Friday 11th September – Arrive at Shepards Marina – Cowes
Saturday 12th September – Race/sail ending in Hamble. Followed by prize-giving and evening meal at RAF Yacht Club. As ever the racing is meant to be fun rather than excessively serious, so please do join in.
We are arranging for discounted berths at Port Hamble Marina, with direct walk-ashore access to RAF Yacht Club. This depends on sufficient registrations and availability. So please book soon.
Sunday 13th September – Depart at leisure.
